Doon Heritage Village

Did you hear? The Ken Seiling Waterloo Region Museum has reopened! Visit the Doon Heritage Village on Saturdays and Sundays for themed weekends. Coming up is “The Natural World”, featuring the Amazing Pollinators travelling exhibit and “I’m glad there are Octobers”, inspired by Lucy Maude Montgomery’s Anne of Green Gables story. While you’re there, check out several of the locations used in the 1985 Anne of Green Gables film!

The Canadian Clay and Glass Gallery

Claytime at the gallery is back! The Canadian Clay and Glass Gallery is hosting clay workshops every Saturday. Each week you will learn how to make something new with the help of an expert instructor. On the schedule is learning how to make a bowl, a mug and a jug.
