• 1 226<\/span> g<\/span> 8oz Inside Round Noble Premium Bison Steak<\/span><\/li>
• Zest and juice of one lime<\/span><\/li>
• 1\/2<\/span> tbsp<\/span> 15ml olive oil<\/span><\/li>
• 1<\/span> clove<\/span> garlic<\/span> minced<\/span><\/li>
• Salt & Black Pepper to taste<\/span><\/li>
• 5<\/span> large tortillas<\/span><\/li>
• 1 250<\/span> g<\/span> package plain cream cheese<\/span> softened<\/span><\/li>
• 1\/4<\/span> cup<\/span> 57g seasoned breadcrumbs<\/span><\/li>
• 1\/2<\/span> cup<\/span> 115g shredded nacho cheddar cheese blend<\/span><\/li>
• 1\/2<\/span> cup<\/span> 115g red bell pepper, finely chopped<\/span><\/li>
• 1\/4<\/span> cup<\/span> 57g red onion, finely chopped<\/span><\/li>
• 4-5<\/span> slices<\/span> pickled jalape\u00f1o<\/span> finely minced<\/span><\/li>
• 1<\/span> tsp<\/span> 5ml your favourite BBQ rub (we used a fajita rub!)<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n

  • Place the steak in a deep container, and add the lime zest and juice, olive oil, garlic clove, and black pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Preheat grill to high heat (400-500\u00b0 F). Season steak with salt to taste just before grilling. Grill until your preferred level of doneness (130-140\u00b0 F for medium rare). Allow the steak to rest before chopping into small pieces. Excluding the tortillas, combine remaining ingredients in a bowl, and stir well to combine. Add the chopped steak, and mix well. Divide the mixture evenly among the tortillas.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n
