Preheat oven to 350°
Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon.
Set aside.
In a separate bowl whisk, butter, oil, sour cream, orange juice, eggs, vanilla.
Slowly stir diced apples in flour mixture.
Combine dry and wet ingredients mix well.
Spoon mixture in to greased muffin cups.
Bake for 18 to 22 minutes.
