Spiced Pear Cocktail

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 oz Gin
  • 1 oz Pear juice
  • .75 oz Spiced pear liqueur
  • .50 oz Fresh lemon juice
  • A dash Cardamom bitters

Instructions
 

  • Using a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add gin, pear juice and liqueur, lemon juice, and a dash of cardamom bitters. Shake and strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish.

Garnish

  • Garnish with a slice of pear, cinnamon stick and a sprig of thyme.
