St Patrick’s Day LADY LUCK

St. Patrick's day is here so lets make a festive drink to celebrate!

Ingredients

1 oz. Irish Whiskey
1 oz. Pear Nectar
1/2 oz Matcha & Eucalyptus Syrup
2 oz. Chilled Green Tea
1 Egg White

Instructions

Add all contents to a cocktail shake, shake vigorously so egg white froths. Pour into a short tumbler over ice. Garnish with matcha powder & fresh greenery.
To make Matcha & Eucalyptus Syrup, steep matcha tea according to package instructions and add 3 dashes of Eucalyptus essential oil to the chilled finished product.
