THAI MANGO SALAD

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bottle La Presserie Thai Mango Dressing
  • 1 ripe large mango diced
  • 1 cup carrot shredded
  • 1/2 red bell pepper seeded and diced
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper seeded and diced
  • 1/2 red onion diced
  • 3 green onions chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients in a large serving bowl.
  • Gently toss salad with enough La Presserie Thai Mango Dressing to moisten.
  • Serve immediately.
